Returning a product is simple. Just follow these steps:

Packaging
Pack the product securely in its original packaging. If you don't have the original packaging, please use a secure box or envelope to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Send the product back to us. We'll provide you with the return shipping address.

- ₹50 Deduction: Outside Surat
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we'll process your refund.
Refund Timeline: 3-5 business days
Refund Method: Original payment method or UPI transfer

Refund Process Details
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the returned product
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout
- If the original payment method is not available, we'll issue a UPI transfer
- You'll receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed
